This page explains how information is used when you browse this website or contact Division 9 Finishes.
Information you send
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, a project category, and your message. If you choose to include project picks, it also sends the selected product links, manufacturers, product names, colors or styles, and notes. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request.
How it is handled
When the form is enabled, inquiry details are sent through Resend to Division 9 Finishes by email so we can respond. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or access information through the form.
Saved project picks
My Project Picks stores your selections in this browser on this device, without an account. Saving a pick does not send it to Division 9 Finishes or to a manufacturer. Only the selections you include when submitting an inquiry are sent to us. Your saved collection remains after submission; remove individual picks or choose “Remove all saved picks” on the carpet page to clear it. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes the collection.
Manufacturer links open separate websites with their own privacy practices. This website does not read your browsing activity on those sites; you choose which product links to copy and save here. Avoid putting sensitive information in saved notes or product links.
Website tools
This website does not include analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated spam.
